Terms of service
These terms apply to all purchases made through this store. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by them.
1. Who We Are
This store is operated by Zanda, a sole trader. For any queries relating to an order or these terms, contact us at admin@zanda.space.
2. Our Products
Prints are available as limited editions and open editions, both framed and as print only, as specified on each individual product page.
Limited edition prints are fine art prints of original paintings by Zanda, produced in a strictly controlled number of sizes and quantities. Each limited edition print is individually numbered and bears the artist's signature, reproduced in the margin from the original. Once an edition is sold out, it is permanently retired. Every limited edition print is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity confirming the edition number, title, print specifications, and date of issue.
Open edition prints are available in the A4 format, both framed and unframed. Open edition prints bear the artist's reproduced signature but are not numbered and are not restricted in quantity. Open edition prints do not include a certificate of authenticity.
All prints are produced to order by our specialist fulfilment partner, theprintspace. Images on this site are accurate representations of the original artworks. Colours may vary slightly between your screen and the finished print — this is an inherent characteristic of fine art printing and not a defect.
A note on framed prints: On all framed works, the artist's signature and edition number are located on the print beneath the window mountboard. They are not visible when the work is displayed in its frame. The certificate of authenticity that accompanies each limited edition print confirms the signature and edition number.
3. Placing an Order
By completing a purchase, you are making an offer to buy the selected artwork at the stated price. Your order is confirmed when you receive an automated order confirmation email. As all prints are made to order, this confirmation triggers production — please review your selection carefully, including size, edition type, and framing option, before completing your purchase. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed. See our Refund Policy for full details.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in your local currency where available. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Local taxes or import duties may apply for certain destinations — see our Shipping Policy for details. Payment is processed through Shopify.
5. Production and Delivery
All prints are produced to order following order confirmation. Estimated production and delivery timelines are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates provided on a best-endeavours basis and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, customs processing, or force majeure events.
6. Personal Delivery Service
Certain large format limited edition prints are available with a personal delivery service by arrangement. Under this service, the print is dispatched to Zanda's studio rather than directly to the customer. Zanda hand-signs both the print and the certificate of authenticity before dispatching personally to the buyer.
Personal delivery is available at a premium of £95 in addition to the standard print price, plus actual international shipping costs where applicable. Personal delivery orders are not available through the standard automated checkout and must be arranged by contacting us directly at admin@zanda.space. A Shopify payment link will be issued once the order details are agreed.
7. Intellectual Property
All artworks are the original work of Zanda. All intellectual property rights in the artworks — including copyright — remain the sole property of Zanda. Purchase of a print does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the buyer.
The physical print you purchase may be resold. However, the image itself may not be reproduced or copied to produce further prints or any other works for sale, public display, or commercial use without prior written permission from Zanda.
8. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total price paid by you for that order.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic losses arising in connection with a purchase.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland. We will seek to resolve any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms through the Scottish courts.
Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Customers in the European Union retain rights under EU consumer law regardless of the governing law stated here. Where such mandatory rights apply, they take precedence over this clause.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms. The terms in force at the time your order is confirmed apply to that order.
